7. Healthcare Staffing

Any staffing services offered through ProMed Plus may involve independent staffing providers, recruiters, employers, contractors, or healthcare organizations.

Credentialing, licensing, background verification, employment eligibility, clinical privileges, supervision, scope-of-practice requirements, and other employment or regulatory requirements may be handled by the applicable employer, facility, staffing provider, or other responsible party.

8. Medical Equipment and Asset Services

Information regarding medical equipment, equipment sourcing, asset management, disposition, replacement planning, or related services is provided based on available information and client requirements.

Clients are responsible for determining whether equipment is appropriate for their intended use and complies with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and facility standards.

9. Merchant Services

Merchant processing and payment-related services may be provided through independent payment processors, financial institutions, or technology providers.

Approval, pricing, processing rates, transaction fees, equipment requirements, settlement schedules, chargeback policies, and other terms are determined by the applicable provider and may be subject to separate agreements.
